The official website for the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime has updated the character profiles, and it seems like we will be getting original contents, as announced late last month, before diving into the Naruto Gaiden & Boruto manga’s stories. We don’t know how long this original story will last but judging from the character profiles below it seems like the story will focus more on the next generation kids’ academy days before graduating. It should be noted that Naruto chapter 700 covers a little bit on this, so the anime will be expanding on this.
